International recognition has come in 2006 when the song Tornero has won the national selection of the Romanian Eurovision, being fourth in the great final in Athens. The song Tornero- performed by Mihai Traistariu- has won the hearts of the listeners from all over the world, remaining in the radio tops of all Europe, but as well in the USA, China, etc.
